Embassy of India in Warsaw Introduces Online Appointment System for Consular Services

The Embassy of India in Warsaw is pleased to announce the launch of its online appointment system for consular services, effective 1st January 2025. Indian nationals requiring consular assistance can conveniently book their appointments through the designated portal or via the Embassy’s official website. The online system will be operational starting at 1900 hours on 31st December 2024.

For a smooth transition, walk-in applicants will continue to be served until 16th January 2025. This grace period aims to ensure all Indian nationals in Poland have adequate time to adapt to the new system. From 17th January 2025 onward, consular services will be available exclusively to individuals with prior online appointments.

Applicants encountering difficulties with slot booking are encouraged to reach out to the Embassy via email at: cons.warsaw@mea.gov.in.
