Heavy snowfall has been going on in Poland for several days. Under these conditions, highways and roads connecting cities via small towns and villages has become almost impossible to drive without 4WD or snow chains. The recent warm winters have made us forget how to drive in difficult winter conditions. Therefore, police recommends that you postpone your trip if it is not necessary.

Today in the capitol city of Poland, weather reached as low as -19. Poland issues first-degree alert against severe frost in the entire country. The projected temperature will range from -15 degrees in central Poland to -21 in the north and east. According to the current IMWM forecast, severe frost in most of the country is to last until Tuesday.
