The Indian Embassy in Poland on Sunday decided to suspend all its consular services until 19 March 2021 due to the increase in number of new cases of COVID-19 in Poland. The information about the suspension of the consular services was tweeted in twitter and on their fb page.
It says, “Kind Attention!!! In view of the recent upsurge in COVID cases in Poland, it has been decided to temporarily suspend all consular services up to March 19, 2021. Only emergency cases will be entertained on prior appointment basis.”
As of now (9 march 2021), there are a reported 262,084 active cases of Coronavirus in the whole of Poland. There have been 1,811,036 people infected in Poland since March 4 2020. 45,599 people have died from Coronavirus in Poland.
